A Collect Residence kerttel és közös társalgóval várja vendégeit Budapest központjától 1,8 km-re. A légkondicionált szállás 600 méterre fekszik a Terror Házától. A magánparkoló felár ellenében vehető igénybe.
Minden szállásegység vízforralóval, síkképernyős tévével, széffel és ingyenes wifivel rendelkezik. Néhány szobához terasz is tartozik, néhány pedig a kertre néz. Az apartmanhotel szállásaihoz hajszárítóval és ingyenes piperecikkekkel ellátott, saját fürdőszoba tartozik.
A népszerű nevezetességek közül a Hősök tere, a Szent István-bazilika és a Magyar Nemzeti Múzeum az apartmanhotel közelében helyezkedik el. A legközelebbi reptér a 15 km-re lévő Budapest Liszt Ferenc Nemzetközi Repülőtér, melyre a szálláshely felár ellenében reptéri transzfert biztosít.

The modern automatic parking system has maximum size limits. (maximum care size: 5 meter long, 1.9 meter high, 1.9 meter wide) In case the car doesnt fit, on demand in advance we can provide parking spot for bigger cars, upon a very limited availability for 23 EUR!
